I had a great time here with a clean room, comfy bed, hot tub, and responsive staff.

noisy w traffic desk person did not get up from her chair to check me in and was texing while checking us in.

The location and that were places to eat near.

The A/C didn't take the humidity out of the room so it was cold but humid.

Conveniently located near a restaurant, close to Des Moines and a gym. Plus, it's right by the bay! 🌊

Affordable rooms with a good amount of space, plus a fridge, shower, and comfy bed included. 🛏️ Perfectly situated near the highway for easy access.

the smell of chlorine or bleach was a bit much,had to air the room out before going to sleep.

Location: the hotel was adjacent to Iowa State University, and Des Moines. I stayed in big room with the hot tub, comfortable bed and shower as expected...

Thoroughly enjoyed the place, had a really nice stay on a long business trip. Had reasonably spacious and well priced room with the hot tub, comfortable bed plus refrigerator, and protected with smoke detectors. A microwave oven and a refrigerator were provided if needed. The location in a fairly nice area was good.

Looked nice at first glance

Never told me that the hot tub was out of order. The frig was dirty and smelled. The tub was disgusting. There was a non-slip "mat" that moved because it was completely black and mildewed underneath.
